If You Like Me Check Out This Site

That is pretty cool. My wife is famous. Now we just need Deseret Book to step up to the plate and start promoting her and for me to step up and get a job so she can make another cd. One of these days.

Even better than Seether!

Check out this band

If anybody is reading this does not know that I love Nirvana, just so you know "I LOVE NIRVANA". Not love-ed.

If you like/love Nirvana - check out this band - Seether. http://seether.com/ You have probably heard them or heard of them. They rule. You can listen to their entire album at their site, watch videos and check their tour schedule. If they're coming to a venue near you I highly recommend it. They will be here August 26th. I'm there. The lead singer sounds more like Kurt than anyone I have ever heard and as an added bonus, they often cover Nirvana. Last time Kathryn and I saw them, they closed with "You Know You're Right". I could have died right then.

Anyway check it out. I especially recommend Remedy (their first single), The Truth, The Gift, & Burrito.

Life Got Busy

I cannot believe my last post I was looking for something to do. All of the sudden life became insanely busy.

This past week I completed Appellate Advocacy after handing in my Brief, and finishing my Oral Argument. It went better than expected in some regards and worse in others. I started in with my script I had diligently prepared, and as soon as I said, "May it please the Court, my name is Matthew Tuttle. I represent the Appellant, Anna Garner, in this matter." The judge's started firing off questions. I expected a hot bench, but yeow. The first question was about the end of my argument. (Throw script out the window). I ended up feeling like I was all over the place, just because all I was really doing was answering their questions instead of presenting my argument the way I had designed. My professor, said my rebuttal was perfect.

Next week I have my remedies final and then summer semester is over.

I am staying very busy researching for Professor Pasquale. He has me researching a very interesting argument regarding Google's digital library and the copyright implications. At least it is very interesting to me.

I was also recently accepted to take the Patent Bar exam. I need to fit in at least 200 hours of study time between now and the end of September, when I'll take the exam. If I should pass I might be able to get a job after law school. Sweet.

On my Dad's birthday I will take the MPRE. It's a test on the professional rules for the legal profession and should not be too bad.

Then my family will be here and it will be party central until school starts back up and they leave on Monday, August 22nd.

That's all the updates.

Later.
